Shipping Policy

Orders will usually be sent out within 3 business days. Shipping with Australia Post usually takes between 5-7 working days. (We cannot guarantee this as it is out of our control) However, check with Australia Post website for any shipping delays

You will receive a text message or email, to your nominated mobile number or email address, from Australia post with the tracking number. Please keep an eye out for this.

Accepting our shipping terms you are agreeing for 'Authority to leave' (this means Australia post will leave parcel in a safe place if there is no one at the nominated shipping address to receive parcel.

Please note: Once the order has been posted, delivery is out of our control, and unless we are notified, by you, we are not aware of shipping delays. Please let us know if your order hasn't been delivered within an appropriate amount of time and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia post and do our best to sort it out immediately.  Thank you for your understanding.
